Pricing is based on a single order. One copy
is $18.64, each additional copy from 2-10 is $2, then from 11-26 it is $1.
Quantities of
27 or more is simply $1.99 each. For some
tiers the final price may have a rounding error (in
pennies) .
e.g. Qty 12=$18.64+(9*$2.00)+(2*$1.00)=$38.64
