TBI images not accessible from network drives since Windows May 2026 patches

After applying the May 2026 windows system patches, any attempt to access a TBI file from a network drive produces error "Unable to determine source drive, 0 possible devices found". I can only access a TBI file that I created on a network drive that was generated since the Windows patches were applied.
