Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 X86 CLEAN INSTALL PHYLock Error

I have installed the latest version of IFW 2.80 but never succeed in any backup,i am getting the following error "PHYLock failed to cache all changes. Please increase the cache size in settings" my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 X86 it is a clean install i don't upgrade from Vista,also i read the "PHYLock Errors when Norton LiveUpdate Runs" i have installed Norton Internet Security 2013 and i turn off automatic updates,i don't know what to do to fix my problem,i hope somebody can help me,thanks

for one RAW mode (backup unused sectors) is going to have to log a lot of
changes to cache, two you're in RAM mode on phylock, do you have disk cache
enabled? If you do have it enabled, you may want to run it using /logl:50
to put more details in the .log.

I have disk cache disabled,it is enabled now,seems to do the backup fine,thanks for the help
