Question about /VB option in IFD

The IFD log file seems to indicate that a byte-for-byte validation ("/vb") was done/requested, when I think that I only requested a standard validation. Not that anything is wrong, but can anyone explain?

Here is a sample of the log for the last 2 test runs. one done in IFW and the next under IFD. I can go back many iterations and it is always the same. It seems to have started with 2.87.
