The User Control Panel's "Edit posting defaults" shows that I have set the "Enable BBCode by default" to "Yes" whereas the Edit window indicates in the lower right corner (below the smilies) that "BBCode is OFF" (cf. the attached screenshots).
What can I do get the BBCode Toolbar in my Edit Window or isn't there any but just the link to the BBCode Help page (which is the text "BBCode ist OFF")?
