Missing email option in Settings

I must be missing something, but I can't seem to find the section under 'Settings' that deals with configuring emails.
My settings screen look like this: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/615 ... ttings.png and nothing like that of page 27 of the User Manual (http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/downlo ... manual.pdf)
I'm running Image for Windows version 2.83

The layout of the options was changed. You would need to use the manual installed with your version or upgrade to the current version.
