Image Size / Image Corrupt after 4.13. Bitlocker?

Hello,

yesterday i upgraded to 4.13. Now my image is almost 100GB larger in size (before 180GB, now 296GB).
If i try to open it with TBIView i can not open the partition which is Bitlocker encrypted but all other partitions work.

Maybe it does create a raw image from my Bitlocker partition?
