IFL 4.11 - No mouse and Keybard in Hyper-V VM Gen 2

Regression from IFL 4.10 to IFL 4.11 on Hyper-V Gen2; GRUB input works, GUI input dead after kernel 6.18.29 update.

Hyper-V Gen2:
- GRUB keyboard works
- Linux kernel boots
- GUI clock updates
- mouse pointer visible but frozen
- no keyboard input
- no mouse input
- single-user mode also has no keyboard input

Hyper-V Gen1:
- works normally

IFL 4.10:
- works normally on same Gen2 VM

apparently the Linux kernel has a regression with some new config options.

I tested the following settings in the Grub Start menu, but unfortunately none of them worked:

.... and some more

Vmlinuz and the “Image for Linux Program” start up, and the IFL desktop appears. A mouse pointer is even displayed. The time is updated, so the desktop is running, but I can't type anything on the keyboard or move the mouse pointer.

Will there be a solution to this?

AI says it's a known issue with 6.18 but may be solved by a couple of config options, so we'll try that on the next build. Next release should be within a month of the prior release, may be a just a week or two.

4.12 now runs flawlessly on a Hyper-V VM. Both the keyboard and mouse work.
