Parallel install of old version of TBImount?

I needed to access an archival image, from when IFW/IFL created .IMG files.
I discovered that TBImount does not support .IMG.
Is there any guidance on how to parallel install TBImount from V2 days concurrently with the present V4?

Windows can open .IMG files by right-clicking on the file and selecting Mount.

PowersShell has the Mount-DiskImage command.

You can also try 7-Zip, or Magic ISO Maker.

I don't think you can have an older version installed at the same time as a newer version.

Did you try TBIView?

If you have no success you could...

IFW backup your system
Uninstall IFW v4
Install IFW v2 and do your thing
Restore the IFW backup image

Unless the OP has a v2.n installer, they may be out of luck.

The oldest available version is 3.56 on the legacy downloads page.

.img is from V1 - The only thing that supports V1 (or BING) .IMG files is tbiview. Still supports them.
