Terabyte Linux doesn't retain the serial number; I have to re-enter it every time I boot. I created the ISO with the program under Windows. What am I doing wrong?
you entered the wrong one when creating the boot media. Either wrong product, wrong version, or typo. Contact support via email with the product and version you're using if you want to check if your name/key used is correct for that version.
