I don't see that running the x86 version on x64 windows 10, run the x64 version instead. The manifest was changed to use processorArchitecture="*" which is supposed to be the correct option for any platform.

I see only the x86 and amd64 versions of microsoft.windows.common-controls on this Windows 10 22H2 fully-patched system.

I mounted 2 different 4.03 images, and there was no x64 version.

The issue was identified, it only comes up if you run imagew (x86) version on x64 windows. If you run imagew64 on x64 windows it won't be an issue nor if you run imagew on x86 windows.

If it's an issue for anyone, you can download the installer again (updated) and reinstall.
