Where should I post message as new user

Post by P19 »

I am not actually a new user but a registered user, or at least I used to be registered. I have not participated in some time. So, I can't remember the rules about where to post initially for support. I want to find out what version I now have a right to use and where I can download the latest versions of it. thank you.

thanks for the prompt reply. So, I figured I would need to pay for an upgrade as it has been so long since my original order. I am perfectly willing to pay a fair price for the new version if necessary. What if I do not have the old version anymore. I mean, I have been through a few different versions of Windows and PCs in the interim. Will I need to buy a new one at full price, or how does it work? I don't want to lose money mistakenly.

I filled out the form at the link and put my old order number in. It said I have an unsupported version. If I pay the upgrade price, do I get a version that lets me start from scratch without having the old product any longer?

This is what your system is showing:

TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite V3.64
(All In One - Windows installer that includes Image for Windows, DOS, Linux, and UEFI)

these are my requirements:

I will need to have prepared whatever is necessary to boot my PC from a USB device plugged into its port and then restore an image, which I will have backed up to an external Sandisk SSD drive. I am using Windows 11 Professional on a laptop.

All I can add at the moment is that the current version is 4.03.

If you just go to http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/ what you are looking for may be buried in there, but I'm not sure.
