When going into my external drive to look at some of the backups, I navigate to the file, in file manager, I try to open it, I get the error message (subject line) and then:
.Error 55 opening file
F:\TeraByte_TBI_Backups\F1C98F1F-7F6A-EA40-B05E-0F711168
DCA3}\BF42347E-4482-4739-8BF5-3B13699F16C4}\00000000000
00001\2021_05_11_115241_Full.tbi.
This usually means the file is not accessible or the file is
invalid.
Ensure the file exists and the user has read permissions;
Update to the latest version of TBIView; Consider checking or
replacing system RAM
When I run TBIview and browse to the .tbi backup file to open, nothing happens.
Funny thing, I've only had this one version. now something has happened and I don't understand how and why this error would occur.
The versions that I currently (and always) have:
TBIView 4.42 - TBIMount 1.17
TeraByte Unlimited | 9/18/2024
TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite 3.13
TeraByte Unlimited | 9/18/2024
TeraByte OS Deployment Tool Suite Professional version 1.73
1.73 | TeraByte, Inc. | 9/18/2024
How do I know what "version" the images are made from? why would the software think they were created with a different version? Did it happen because I was Win10 when I got the Suite and then everything when to Win11??
No problems with file permissions (exFAT) or hardware (System Diagnostics)...
Please advice
