I've done several tests and I'm not seeing the issue. You would need to check the options are correct before the build and check the plugin log after building to see what it shows. Note that for the log file, you'll need to browse to it in File Explorer and open it directly (it will reset if you try accessing it from Settings or start another build).

Well, I'm at a loss. I built in twice, consecutively, and one iso had the entry and the other did not. It's interesting because the one that did have the entry exhibited some gui issues, as you can see below. The one that did not have the entry had no such issues. Also, in the case where the TBLauncher entry was present, the Partwork theme did not migrate over even though it had plugin settings to do so.

Edit, I'm being told I cannot attach a screenshot because the board's quota has been met.

For the ISO (or other boot media), if you have finding the boot drive enabled for TBLauncher and you have a custom TBLauncher.ini file in the TBData folder of the ISO/CD, it would pick that up and use it, which would cause differences. If this is happening, it would be shown in TBLauncher's log after booting. If you want to use a custom file, you'll need to update it with the current data required.

For the GUI issue, that's the background not drawing, which is a known issue with Windows 11 sources. However, the default is for TBLauncher to handle the background. Is that disabled? Otherwise, it usually clears up in five minutes or so.

If you still have issues, I would recommend you test with a clean/default build and see how that goes. For example, download the tbwinre.zip file and unzip it to C:\TBWinRE and use that with only adding the dark background and PartWork plugins.

Thank you for the help. But I don't think I have any more RE issues. I was able to get rid of the UI issue by updating my WinRE partition (see the guide below). Now everything, including the themed themed Partwork for Windows and the TBLauncher shortcut work perfectly.
