How to let MakeDisk forget selections from previous run?

When creating a BootIt UEFI installation ISO file, I selected the "Save selections for next time" option in MakeDisk one time. Now MakeDisk keeps remembering the selections saved then, even after running MakeDisk without the "Save selections for next time" option selected. How can I let MakeDisk forget these saved selections?

Will removing HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TeraByte Unlimited\MakeDisk do?
