Image for Windows 4.0 installer

Why does the Image for Windows 4.0 only ask for the IFW product key and not the BootIt Product Key for those who purchased or upgraded the TeraByte Bundle?

When you build BootIt media you will be asked for that information.

My TeraByte BootIt Collection didn't ask for a key either.

The full version always asks for it if it's not already applied. When you run makedisk the fields will be blank so you'll have to stop on that page and enter it.
