Yes, my original problem was that my installed Windows 10 will not boot (actually, it boots to the recovery environment, but not to Windows itself). But this problem has nothing to do with BIBM.
Perhaps BIBM is not the best diagnostic tool, but I should be able to boot to it. That is what I am asking about here.
I think I am just going to reinstall Windows. No big deal.
