I've got one system that has slow redraws when doing anything in the program. It acts as though it's not recognizing the onboard video driver. By this, I mean it behaves like a system before the actual graphics driver is installed and is using the BIOS default. I could have sworn it behaved differently once, but I re-installed everything from scratch and this is the result. To be clear, it behaved wrong at first, then right and then it's back to wrong.
I'm thinking it might be due to installing it right after a new build, before the MB drivers were installed and it's using the stock BIOS driver. I think the one time it worked I re-installed BIBM and it grabbed the right driver. Thing is, the option to uninstall BIBM is greyed out. Yes, I am trying to do it from the CD and not the BIBM partition.
Before I reinstall from the ground up, I just want to make sure this is indeed what's happening. Does BIBM use the driver present when installed and not update after driver install.
The slow re-draws are killing me.
*SOLVED* makedisk is where you change video options. I made a new disk and selected Chipset and highest res/colors and everything's good.
