Windows-Eyes does not Read Options in Settings Correctly

Problem:

When using the Windows-Eyes screen reader on the list of options in the Image for Windows V3 Settings dialog, only the first option is announced. The remainder are identified only by number.

Solution:

In the Windows-Eyes program, open the Apps menu, select Diagnostics and select to refresh accessibility libraries. Allow the program to make the changes and then restart the system.
