Image for Windows Can’t Find Hard Drives

Problem:

Drives are not found by Image for Windows and also not found in Computer Management (Disk Management).

Cause:

Assuming any administrator requirements have be configured correctly, one cause can be a rootkit/virus on the system.

Solution:

Run a rootkit detection program. If a rootkit/virus is found, remove it.
