Hello, need to image / copy entire large 3.2 raid partition to a couple of 2GB External USB drives.
Will Image for Liunx be able to do this?
We started the backup process and it is running but needs 20+ hour s to complete..... Just wondering if it will show drive full error and we will have to start over another way?

It takes me about six hours to image approximately 350 gig of data with Image For Linux, byte for byte validation, no compression, using eSata interface. I immediately restore the image to two separate hard drives, giving me three identical, bootable, hard drives. I only do this about once a month. Vital data is backed up constantly to a second computer. Imaging, for me, is for preserving the operating system on a bootable hard drive.
