I use IFD, and have a number of hard drives, and partitions. I created a small TBOST script using your hard drive information function, that take a Volume Label and converts them to the appropriate HD# and Partition #, for the input and output locations for Image.exe. HD numbers a partition numbers change frequently based on what drives I have installed, or if I add/remove a partition on a drive. Volume lables don't change.

Am I looking for trouble, if and when I might ever need to do a partition restore? Is what I am doing safe?
