When installing IFL v4.11 using makedisk.exe on Windows 10, there is a popup with the error, "The configuration file is not valid." Cannot go past this.

This is the same for both ifl_en_gui_x64_v4.zip or ifl_nonet_en_gui_x64_v4.zip.

Is there a solution or is this a bug?

Yes, that is a bug / oversight on non-UEFI systems.

The packages have been uploaded again with changed .cfg files and updated makedisk.
