Is there any known problem to image and restore a SSD which has a RPMB Boot Partition?

I ask because I tried with a SanDisk SSD which has this RPMB, and the boot after a restore failed in a strange way. The restore finished normally, according to IFL, but the boot failed with no message, just a black screen. The image I tried to restore was an image of the whole SSD.

how would you get access to it? If you're seeing standard partition with unknown files system, it would back it up raw. The restore would put it back and depending on the partitioning type, would adjust the geometry. If it's geometry related, use the Assume Same Target System option and Assume Original HD.

Would full "ALL SECTORS" backup help backup some of these secure SSD and pen drive vendors implementations?

And what about restoring individual partitions and not the whole disk? It may be that restoring the whole disk overwrites (or tries to) the RPMB, and this blocks the boot.

It wouldn't be accessible, it sounds more like you just did a normal backup and seems more like a geometry issue which those two options mentioned may address.

Yes, I will try those options whenever possible. I recovered the system from WinRE and it´s working normally now.
