TeraByte Unlimited

Just downloaded the CUI version. It downloaded as: terabyte_drive_image_backup_and_restore_suite_en_cui_v4.exe.

It installed in windows 11 as: Terabyte Backup and restore Suite V4.04

While I normally use the GUI version which installs in : E:\Program Files (x86)\TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite\TeraByte OSD Tool Suite Pro

The CUI version seemed to install in E:\Program Files (x86)\TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite, at lease that is where the desktop icon points to.

When clicked, it starts the GUI version. and the desktop shortcut points to a file named imagew.exe NOT imagewC.exe and seems to run the GUI version.

There is no imagewC.exe or imagew64C.exe anywhere on my system. AM I doing something wrong.

I want to use the CUI version to easily see the ouput of its /L command.

(and them, why is the gui version V4.03 , while the CUI download is V4.04? Can I not run the CUI and GUI versions on the same system?

The windows version is always the GUI version, the difference is the IFL/IFU/IFD versions.

Then if the download "terabyte_drive_image_backup_and_restore_suite_en_cui_v4.exe" is not really a CUI version, I
suggest that you remove the the CUI download options for the restore suite download item, or indicate CUI only for the dos ....etc. items.
For me, it was misleading.

it says it in the heading of the download portal and the normal trial download page and the text links hover text.

I've looked all over. I'm unable to find IMAGEWC.exe anywhere in the IFD /CUI and the restore suite/CUI versions.
Give me a hint on where it is being put. I see image.exe, imagew.exe, imagew64.exe, but no imagewc.exe as documented on page 233 of the manual.

I didn't think it is available to the public, hasn't been for awhile. Reference should be removed from manual.

The last time I saw imagewc.exe was 9 years ago.

Someone has it up on a mirror site...
