Adding TESTSIGNING argument via BCDedit

Using Bootit BM BCDedit button, I can enter the "TESTSIGNING" command but I am unable to enter the "ON" argument. What is the correct hex value to enter to turn it "ON" or "OFF".
Trying to update Nvidia Graphics on Windows 7 but can only do it via using F8 at boot each login.
