Hi,

I am using an old BIOS desktop for testing purposes (10 years old PC). I have installed Windows 10. The partitioning screenshots are in the attachments. The disk is an SSD Sata drive.

I want dual boot with Windows 10:
* First Win10 with clean installation (updated regularly, OS only)
* Second Win10 be a copy of the first one, and here I want to install/uninstall applications for testing and evaluation purposes. If something goes wrong, then I copy the first Win10 to continue testing.

I need a guide, please, to create Windows 10 dual boot using BIBM. I am using BIBM 1.69

BIBM is not installed yet.

The disk is Samsung SSD 860 EVO 250GB ATA.

In Windows 10 the partition disk style is MBR.

The most recent version of BIBM is 1.92. You should upgrade.

I'd install BIBM and create a Boot Item for Win10.
Then Copy/Paste the Win10 partition into Free Space. You can't copy/paste into a partition.
Create a Boot Item for the copied Win10.

You can have multiple copies of Win10 if you desire.

Windows 10 was installed on a 100GB partition (bit01 image).

BIBM 1.92 was installed.

Boot Menu on bit02 image.

Details for first Win10 on bit03 image.

Partitions were copied to the free space:
-"System Reserved" copied as a "System Reserved2"
-"MBR 1" copied as a "MBR 12"
-"MBR 2" copied as a "MBR 22"

Details for second Win10 on bit05 image.

I booted from second Win10 (bit06 image) and get an error (bit07 image). ENTER key or F8 key don't work.

Hi,
The problem was solved. I followed the instructions at the following article: https://www.terabyteunlimited.com/kb/kb ... bootit-bm/
Now I have 2 windows 10 in the same computer. First one is the original and the second one is the copy (for testing purposes). The second Win10 boots to the copy partition.
