.tbi and .tbs association

Why doesn't uninstalling the Terabyte Drive Image Suite remove the .tbi and .tbs assocations. It only leaves both to empty instead of removing it completely? .tbi is for Terabyte Image and .tbs is for Terabyte Scripting. The only way to completely remove them is to use assoc .tbi= <enter> and assoc .tbs= <enter> from the command prompt.

Common for a lot of vendor uninstallers...

I use RevoUninstaller Pro.

.tbi is with tbiview, .tbs with tbosdt

I think what Keith is asking is; Why doesn't the uninstaller remove the associations instead of leaving redundant associations behind?
