Windows 10 x64
When BIU is installed the logo is off center and the spinning circle slightly oval.

would be the graphic mode/resolution. can see same type of thing if booting via bios boot menu vs direct ..

Booting BIU via bios boot menu or directly results in the same resolution issue.
This is a normal boot to Windows 10 via bios boot menu, resolution is correct as usual:
