I installed MAC OS on my PC, I know, I know.

Problem I'm having is Bootit keeps renaming the OC directory to OC.001 that screws up all of my utils that expect the files to be in the OC directory. Is there any way to stop this behavior?

yes, you can either not manage the efi system partition with BootIt, or add OC to the unmanaged directories list in settings.
