Terabyte Bundle

Why does BootIt Collection v2 require a separate download in addition to Drive Image Suite v4 from the download portal if I have already upgraded both BootIt Collection v1 and Drive Image Suite v3 to a single Terabyte Bundle of both Bootit Collection v2 and Drive Image Suite v4 from the download portal? Why isn't there a separate all-in-one bundle installer that includes both if both products are purchased with the same order number?
