IFL latest version - is it 3.64 or 3.63

I have tried a couple of times downloading IFL 3.64 from the site and each time I compile the package, it comes up as version 3.63.

I have been working with ifl_en_gui_x64. Hope I'm not going whacko in my old age and seeing things.

I think I found the problem. The extraction didn't extract.

If I don't return, there is no problem.
