Trying to understand the steps for dual booting

I recently bought a new Lenovo Legion desktop. This system came with 256gb SSD drive with Windows 11 on it.
I also added a second SSD drive (2tb).

I want to install Win10 on that larger SSD drive and have the ability to dual boot.

When I try to install Win10, I get the attached screen. Bootit UEFI is not installed yet.

I don't know that I'll be able to help, but the original post is pretty slim on details and there is no attached screen.
