On TBWinPE builder, I have checked "Run Network Initialization" but my TBWinRE bootdisk won't connect to my network. Is there something in the bios that should be enabled/disabled because I do have network access to update my bios firmware and it works.

Normally, it's a case of missing network drivers. You can try enabling the build option to add the installed drivers or you can add them manually. In some cases a specific driver is required (like when the installed version won't work in WinPE/RE). You shouldn't need to make any BIOS settings changes.
