Hello,
I found two small "bugs" or rather inconveniences in the IFWRotate.cmd script (v.1.3). If said script resides in the "!" (just "!") directory, command /exlist=somefile return error 6h (can't load data from file). Adding any letter after "!" ("!a" etc.) to the directory name fixes problem. Also, command "set TBIBase" truncated "!" from the path name (e.g "name\!name" become "name\name"). You can escape it by putting ten "^" characters before "!", but... probably, simplest thing to do is not using "!" in names (or other special characters). Maybe scripts commentary should reflect on using any special characters? Manual mentions only passwords. I know, it is a rather minor problem if you don't like adding "!" to the various names (but I do), but nevertheless...
