IFW RC=8 Unable to determine source drive.

Why unable to determine device, and micro-seconds later a recovery attempt was able to determine the drives? 0 devices found? This is the first time I experienced this particular error.

Having return codes that mean something, helps us determine recovery procedures that work. Past experience has shown that an RC of 8 means that recovery is possible, whereas other numbers means get out. Why can't you give us some RC numbers that we can use to help determine future recovery options?

Means you need to create a new full because your partition layout changed (or disk signatures changed). There are some you can get around if needed, see the /relax option in the manual.
