My disk has a partition containing IFL. When the disk was EMBR, I booted IFL via BIBM. If I recall correctly, setting up a boot item by specifying the partition was straightforward.

Does anybody know how create a BIU boot item for this IFL partition?

In Boot Edit, IFL Menu Item...

HD...select the disk containing IFL
Boot...select IFL partition
Boot File...Browse to \efi\boot\bootx64.efi
