Dual booting Windows 10 and IFL

Is it possible to install IFL, together with an Image, onto a hidden "recovery" partition and have it dual boot with Windows 10?
The intention here of having IFL being a boot option would be to restore or backup the partitions not used by IFL so that the computer could be restored.
If this is possible, how would one go about doing this?
