Error 49 attemt to resize a partition

I get a error 49 when attemting to resize a ntfs partition with win10. I should check it with chkdsk..
Partition checked no errors.
Made a backup,restored the partition, slided it... no problems. Only resize not possible.
Always get this error.
Who knows the reason?

it found a bad FRS.
You can contact support with a download of the image, it can be looked at.

We'd have to see the image, if you can make it available for download. One
way to check is to make a copy, then delete a ton of files, then try resize
and see if still issue, if so, then can image it (at some point you'd delete
the problem file and it would go away, so delete say program files, test,
then program files x86, test, then \users and test, then some windows
folders. That will give you a small image. There may be other options,
but you'd need to contact support through the support@ email address.

you'd have to chkdsk /f the partition, if doesn't fix it, we'd need the
image.
