IFW MSDTC error

I am running IFW on a Windows 10 (build 1511) system. I am getting event ID 4879 from MSDTC Client 2 immediately after starting IFW:
MSDTC encountered an error (HR=0x80000171) while attempting to establish a secure connection with system MY-COMPUTER.
I enabled network access for DTC according to the following article, but tit didn't help:
