Do I need to install "Image for Linux V2.97e (GUI) CD Boot Files for Image for Windows" if/after I install "Image for Windows V2.97e (GUI) with IFD-GUI, IFL-GUI, and IFU-CUI" ?

Only if you're going to be burning backups directly to CD/DVD with IFW and you want the CD/DVD to boot to IFL.
