There is a Linux version of TBIView that can be downloaded from this web page (scroll down to Related Free Utilities section):

TBIView is also included in the downloaded IFL zip files (ifl_en.zip, ifl_en_gui.zip), and can be made available in Linux by extracting the zip file, and then running the 'setup' script (./setup).
