Is it possible to run makeboot.exe from a command line and pass all arguments so it creates a bootable USB stick silently without further user input?

you mean makedisk? no, or it would get used and abused .. but you can
adjust the .cfg so it sets all your options for you. What would you need it
for?

Yes, Makedisk. I was thinking it could possibly be integrated with other tools to make a USB stick bootable.
