Cannot extract from TBVIEW - URGENT-

Hello, I need desperately your help. I had saved some files and the file-names contain some Russian letters. When I am trying to extract them with TBVIEW I am getting the following error:
"Unable to open source file file-name"
The Russian letters represented with the question mark e.g. file-name????.mp4.

Please help me the soonest possible

Assuming the partition format is supported by Windows, have you tried mounting the partition with TBIMount?
