we can reproduce..

I have a vanilla version of Win 7 32 bit on one of my PCs I could use.
Should I test on that and what would I have to do to make any test
valid?

The test failed on a vanilla install of Win 7 32 bit (different
hardware to this main one).

Email on its way, just uploaded a 2Gb file, a backup of a Linux
distro.

Got the file - You can't use TBIMount to mount a Linux file system unless
you have some type of Linux file system driver installed in Windows that
makes Windows support whatever the file system is. However, you can use
TBIView to access Ext2/3/4 partitions.

*facepalm*

Windows backups are _blush_ visible.
