I thought that the free Terabyte utility Diskinfo had a Windows version in the ZIP, but apparently it does not.
Can anybody recommend a similar utility that would run from a command line in a Windows environment and output the full detailed information for all disk drives in a system?
Any 3rd party util like Diskinfo that works for Windows?

Have you tried PartInfo? Or IFW with the "/L /ALL" options?

not sure, but a windows system information report may give the ata
information. basically something that outputs the identify device
information.
