the /d:{guid} has never worked.

The drive is internal. It's the "C" drive but it's "disk 2" in disk management.

The machine is left on 24/7 and none of the hardware is powered down. The server hasn't even been rebooted in months.

run a partinfo listing and email it - partinfo is on free downloads.
