That section doesn't exist now and both the other two are empty.

Try disabling and enabling WinRE. Run the following from an Administrator Command Prompt:
reagentc /disable
reagentc /enable

If that doesn't work, post the BCD file contents again (they may have changed) as well as what running "reagentc /info" reports.

just saw your answer - somehow i missed that the Fred had 2 Pages...

Fixed it over the weekend by restoring an image which had the same constellation as before, than applied your old fix. Worked fine.
