When creating the TBWinRE/PE boot media the IFW license information (name and key) must be entered and correct or IFW will operate in trial mode. When using TBWinPE/RE Builder to create the boot media you enter the name and key on the wizard step that prompts for it. When using the TBWinRE.cmd script you edit the imagew.ini file and add the name and key (the script will prompt for it). Both methods are shown in their respective tutorials.
If you're using the trial version of IFW you won't have any license information -- just skip that step.
