may i know if my os is is right-aligned ?

my i know if my os w8.1 and w7 are right aligned ?

Both drives appear to be using 2048 sector (1MiB) alignment. They should be fine.

As sure as I can be from the screenshots... They show the drives using 2048 sector (1MiB) alignment, which is the alignment normally desired on a SSD.

w8.1 has a 1mb partition free , w7 no
is it normal?

w8.1 creates the 1mb free space , while w7 doesn't create it, right?
